In short
Start by checking Project membership, role, module scope, and module status—in that order. Team-managed Projects add Team membership and per-Project access to the chain.

A module is missing
A module appears only when it is enabled and the current user's Project access includes it.
Step by step
- 1Open Project settings and check module status.
- 2Check whether the user is a direct member or receives access through a Team.
- 3Review the user's role and module scope.
- 4For Team access, confirm the assignment is not No access.
- 5Refresh only after the authoritative settings are correct.
An invitation cannot be sent
The Project's access model determines where invitations belong.
- Standalone Project: invite from Project settings.
- Team-managed Project: invite to the Team instead.
- Already attached Team member: configure Project access rather than sending another invitation.
- Pending or existing membership: resolve the current record before duplicating it.
A Project cannot be attached to a Team
Eligibility protects the one-access-model rule.
Step by step
- 1Confirm you own the Project.
- 2Confirm it is not already attached to another Team.
- 3Remove non-owner direct members.
- 4Revoke or resolve pending Project invitations.
- 5Return to the Team workspace and attach it.
Operational records look wrong
Correct source data before interpreting reports or changing quantities.
- Attendance: look for duplicate events, wrong dates, or inconsistent event types.
- Attendees: look for near-duplicate names and outdated contact data.
- Inventory: distinguish outstanding checkouts from incorrect base quantity.
- History: remember that checkout display names are intentionally stable snapshots.

0/5Common questions
Why does refreshing sometimes appear to fix access?
Refreshing can fetch newer data, but the correct fix is to change the authoritative Project or Team setting. Current module changes should update all visible surfaces immediately.
What should I send support?
Send the Project name, affected page, user role, expected behaviour, actual behaviour, and safe reproduction steps. Do not email sensitive attendee data.
